Day 5 In Japan: A Great Time At Ultraman Club

Raimie sure had a blast at Ultraman Club, spending time meeting up his heroes and did some shopping too! If your kids love Ultraman and you are in Tokyo or Yokohama, this is the nearest place you can meet Ultraman everyday.

I bet any Ultraman loving fans would love to be here, regardless of age. :)

Raimie receiving briefing before meeting his current hero : Ultraman Zero
After the meeting (that include some nice personal moments with his hero), off he went and played in the play area. You can play shoot, bounce and kick at the bouncy gym (or whatever they call it), play the latest Ultraman video games and so much more there.
After the play session, it's time for some retail therapy at the M78 shop (official Ultraman Shop):
Snacks, Ultraman can drinks or  Ultra Heroes SD figures. Or do you fancy an Ultraman Kids' beer?
Raimie was happy playing the arcade games too!

  1. Thank you for sharing this Lina. Not everyone in this world get a chance to meet their superheroes. Congratulation to Raimie. Even we cannot be a superheroes or Ultraman, Wish he will be a person that like to help others in the near future. That what all superheroes stories tell us to do.

  3. Oh my gosh!! My nephew would be overjoyed and just in awe if he ever meets his Super Heroe heck he'd prolly do all the Ultraman poses with them!! Awwww your son is so lucky. I can see he truly enjoyed it! Although I dont think I can manage to buy those merchandise for my nephew cos I know its a wee bit pricey there isnt it?

  4. @cuteandcurls,
of course if you compare prices with the Ultraman toys sold at Pasar Malam or the malls' booth (cheap, imitation, unlicensed product, BTW) the toys here are a bit high in price.

But if you compare to prices of Ultraman toys sold and licensed by Bandai (those sold in department stores) at RM36.90 a pop, buying these toys in Japan is so much cheaper. And where else can you get official Ultraman stuff other than Japan, right? :)

Yup, he was in cloud nine. But I'm sensing that he might be too big for any more Ultraman meeting soon. :D

  12. It's often the case that products cost less in the land of origin just like Man U jerseys cost a lot less in Old Trafford. Btw, how much does an Ultraman figurine cost there?

    Thanks for sharing the pictures.

It's sold att full retail price between 700-800yen at M78 shop, but you can get them cheaper at some outlets like Yodobashi Camera or Bic Camera between 500-600yen. ALmost half of what we pay in Malaysia, after conversion.
