ReplyDeleteFrom what I saw recently, the leaves in Tokyo are about 30% into Autumn mode. Supposed to be really windy tomorrow night but fingers crossed the trees hold out a couple more days till you arrive. Tokyo is in full Christmas mode now so you should add a few pictures of Christmas trees to your post. :D
ReplyDeleteTwo weeks only?
ReplyDeleteMana cukup?
Add another two lah, make it a month. ;)
I only would like to go back for the Onse and the Sushi.
ReplyDeleteGreetings,
Filip
@Jenny,
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'll keep my fingers crossed too. ^^
@ayaharif,
ReplyDeleteRather than Japan Guide, my blogging friends in Japan are a wonderful bunch that updated autumn foliage photos for us to see either on their FB or blogs. ^^

WIndy? Ugh, I really do not like cold, windy nights there. Hopefully, the leaves will wait for us! ^^
@London Caller,
ReplyDeleteLong holiday? No need to work ah? xD
@Filip,
ReplyDeleteOnsen and sushi are nice. :)
Oh, but Tokyo will be wearing its prettiest party frock for your arrival! :) The Japanese maples will reach their peak next week, methinks. I went on a recce yesterday (public holiday! happiness!) and the trees were only blushing faintly.
ReplyDelete@Rurousha,
ReplyDeleteOh goodie! I'll make sure we celebrate properly when we get there. ;)
Wahh! Your coming trip is making me excited as well! Can't wait for your pictures! :D

That's nice the Tokyo-Nikko-Yokohama route.
For us, it'll be Yokohama-Yufuin-Nagasaki-Fukuoka-Shikoku-Osaka-Kamakura-Tokyo route. ^^
You'll have a great time in Japan and won't want to come back home. Looking forward to seeing and hearing all about the trip when you post about it.
